Villa Ilios
stands by the upper edge of the hillside, close to the entry to the terraced property. Stairs lead from the parking down to the level of the middle floor.
Here is the villa's main entrance to the living-area. Another staircase leads further down to the sun terrace on the north side which frames the swimming pool.
"Ilios" is the Greek word for "Sun". |

Villa Fengari
is obliquely beneath Villa Ilios, and clockwise rotated by 45 ° against it. The parking beside the house joins one level with the middle floor.
The sun terrace and the swimming pool are on a separate level on the south west side.
Between all buildings and terraces, there are intermediate levels with lawns and ornamental plants. |
|
"Fengari" is the Greek word for "Moon".
Villa Asteri
is again obliquely beneath Villa Fengari, and counterclockwise rotated by 45 ° against it so the windows look in the same directions as the ones of Villa Ilios.
The parking is by the villa's rear front, and the sun terrace and the swimming pool are on the north side on the hillside property's bottommost terrace. |

"Asteri" is the Greek word for "Star".
There are sunbeds and umbrellas on all terraces, and each villa also has it's own barbecue facility.
The concrete that forms the terraces is faced with natural stone, and so are most of the houses' outer walls.
All terrace levels and sun terraces as well as all floors of all three villas enjoy unhindered sea views. |
