Furnishing
Each villa has it's main entrance on the middle floor. It gives access to the living-area which includes a dining-place and an open-plan kitchen at it's rear side.
Each living-area has a satellite color TV set with a flat screen, DVD and CD players, 2 air conditioning units and an open fireplace. Firewood is available (except during the high summer).
Two large glass doors connect the living-area to the spacious balcony.

On the middle floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bath-tub or shower, and a washing machine.
An inner staircase leads from the living-area to the top floor. There are 2 more bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds.
These two bedrooms have access to the upper balcony. The top floor furthermore includes a shower bathroom.

With occupancy of more than 6 persons, the ground floor will be used as well.
It can be accessed via an outer staircase and makes a complete dwelling-unit of it's own.
The ground floor has it's own living-area with 2 air conditioning units, and a dining-place with an attached open-plan kitchen.
One or two large glass doors open towards the terrace.

The ground floor also includes a third bathroom with a bath-tub and one or two more bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds, which will be put into service depending on the total number auf guests.
All bedrooms have large built-in closets and separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating-mode during chilly nights or in wintertime.
The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers. Irons and boards are available as well.

All balcony doors and all windows have modern aluminum frames and double glazing as well as sliding or roller shutters.
The furniture and the lamps have been selected most carefully and give the rooms a particularly homely style.
The living- and bedrooms are tenderly decorated with small and large paintings, wall plates, vases, jars with flowers and bowls of glas and metal. This gives the impression that the houses have already been occupied for many years.

Furthermore, there is a First-Aid kit and a safe deposit box in each villa.
The houses have solar water heating with auxiliary electric heating. Both water and electricity (also for the air conditioning units) are included in the rates.
Rooms cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.
Wireless internet access (ADSL / WiFi) is available all over the holiday villas site.

The swimming pools are in operation from April till November.
